On the conducted experiment to get the current and voltage values present in the circuit and through the
computation of such with the use of the Nodal Analysis, the experimental values that were measured
through the aid of a multitester and the theoretical values computed were found to be almost of the
same value. Some of the experimental values are measured to be low and some on the theoretical
values are computed to be high, vice versa, causes the percentage values to result negatively. Although
some lapses are made during the experiment like the inaccurate measurements that come out on the
multitester and the uneven values that the source supplied still we can state that the use of Nodal
Analysis can be another method to calculate for the current and voltage present inside the circuit.

When performing a nodal analysis, write a KCL equation for each of the nonreference nodes. Sum the
currents flowing into a node from sources on one side of the equation. On the other side, sum the
currents flowing out of the node through resistors. Assign a designate a reference node. The number of
terms in your nodal equations can be minimized by selecting the node with the greatest number of
branches connected to it. Express any additional unknowns such as currents or voltages other than
nodal voltages in terms of appropriate nodal voltages. This situation can occur if voltages sources or
dependent sources appear in our circuit and organize the equations, group terms according to nodal
voltages.

In conclusion, nodal voltage analysis is more generally appropriate when there are a larger number of
current sources around. It can be used to determine the unknown node voltages of both planar and non-
planar circuits. Nodal equations are usually formed by applying Kirchhoffs Current Law to the nodes
with unknown voltages, whereas equations based on Kirchhoffs Voltage Law are used to form the mesh
equations. Nodal analysis is the ideal technique for analysis when all the sources in a circuit are
independent current sources.
