Dear Sir / Mandam,

We refer to our meeting dated __ September 2017, in many occasions Leavil Trucking had notified
your good office on our appeal to expedite the resolution on the issue for finalizing the approval of
our Unit Rates schedules.

Knowing the circumstances, we still made numerous number of billing submissions including all
outstanding payables started from billing Year-2014. However, due to this unresolved issue and luck
of cooperation from your side, we encounter a lot confusion arises on our documentations
specifically with regards to the confirmation of unit rates to be applied on our billings. This delay in
your confirmation of the said Unit Rates leads us to late submissions and even worst our payment
had been prolonged up to this period Year-2017.

Hereafter, after our unit rates had been resolved and confirmed by all parties, we would like to ask
for your assistance to make arrangement to prioritize the settlement of our and unprocessed billings
and outstanding payments.

Your immediate action to this request is very much appreciated.
