SUBJECT: Progress Report

Project Description / Summary

(Chad, Sean)

Prestige Worldwide has a grown interest in deep space exploration and looks to
create a manmade island to begin its research and development into space.
Tomorrowland will be the foreground of expanding the intellectual knowledge
from prestigious minds around the globe for the greater good.

Our project is close to being completed and research should soon be underway. We
have accomplished the mining and building of the island. The foundation has been
set, and the construction company responsible for building the research facilities
has finished the buildings before the expected due dates. We are now looking to
find companies, establish and train a military force, and recruit the world's most
prestigious minds for intergalactic space travel.

Period One
(Sean, Nick)

Development of the island started October 10th of 2017, and was finished January
5th, 2018. Our mining company started drilling into the Earth's crust and hit a
magma rock formation the first day. The magma was extracted and was sent to
Dubai to begin construction of Tomorrowland. The magma quickly dried forming
an island, just as planned. After the rock was laid and set, the foundation for the
building took place right after.

The cost for the mining company drilling into the Earths crust came in under the
budget of $2,000,000,000. Since the company hit such a good deposit under the
crust, we only had to tap that deposit for the foundation of the island.

Period Two
(Chad)

The groundbreaking ceremony was held on January 7th of 2018 and the
construction of the building began shortly after. Our 100,000+ construction team
worked with tremendous speed and precision leading us to complete the project
earlier than expected. The building was completed on September 23rd of 2018.

The company we used for the building of the research faculty and residential
homes came in over budget due to transportation costs of the equipment needed.
Our expected budget for these costs were $90,000,000,000. Fortunately for our
lowered costs on the mining and laying of foundation of the island we were able to
take the $2,000,000,000 and apply it to the $93,000,000,000 cost for the buildings.
This put us behind budget by $1,000,000,000.

Work Remaining
(Chad)
The remaining work will be completed in the upcoming months as we put the
finishing touches on the space station, office spaces, and living quarters. We are
currently planning a 2,000 sq ft. control room to handle flight patterns to and from
deep space exploration. We are still developing a no fly zone with proper redirects
to minimize our impact on the local flight patterns. The front gate is currently
being programmed and engineered by Disneys finest Imagineers who have
made a marvelous theatrical performance for all guest to enjoy. Our engineers have
labored day and night and will continue the hard work to develop living quarters
which will be 1,000 sq ft condominiums for our single residences and 1,500-2,500
sq ft for our family residences. The construction of all commons areas has been
developed to be redesigned by current residences upon their collective approved
requests.

Conclusion Commented [1]: Noah want to knock out the

conclusion?
(Noah)
The vision we possess at Prestige Worldwide surpasses that of any other
company we see in the world today. Because of that, we have managed to
construct a team possessing the same, or greater, vision than our
founders. Only with such a team will we be able to see the land of
Tomorrowland come to fruition. A TED-Talk with Linus Torvalds, the
internationally esteemed creator of the operating system Linux, contained a
quote which resonated with our team: While others are looking at the sky
and wanting to be up there, I look at the ground and see what we need to
do to get up there. The founders of Prestige Worldwide qualify as those
looking at the sky, and with much wisdom highlighted by Linus Torvalds,
hired those who look to the ground in order to reach the sky.
