MISSION

The Metropolitan Youth Orchestra (MYO) is an education program that

uses music for social change. It is designed to use the life skills learned
in music instruction to engage in activities that discourage at-risk be-
haviors and keep students committed to staying in school.

LOGO
The MYO uses the same logo throughout all visual
communication. The logo may be requested from the marketing
department, and the final document must be approved by a
marketing department representative.
COMMUNICATION STANDARDS
To ensure a clear understanding of the program, it should be
referred to as the Metropolitan Youth Orchestra. The abbreviated
title, MYO, may be used after this clarification has been made.
