Summary
This memo briefly goes over projects completed throughout the semester, reflecting
on the experience and material learned.

Analysis
Most of the projects this semester were based around the non profit organization, the
League City Animal Shelter. These included a research proposal, brochure,
infographic, website, social media analysis and schedule. The resume written was the
only project unrelated to the shelter as it was geared towards a software job
opportunity.

The most important takeaway from this class and its projects was general design.
Though I dont believe I put the effort forward to better my writing in a better way,
learning and working with the elements of design have made my documents much
more eye pleasing from an organizational standpoint.

Though learning forms of interoffice communication, like the memos, were incredibly
helpful, my favorite project of the semester was the resume as my existing resumes
were lackluster, and as I reach the point in my life where applications are exceedingly
important, it is an immediately useful skill.

The only project I feel did not fit with the rest was the weebly page. Though I cannot
say I disliked it, the weebly seemed odd in the sense that it did not have a definite
direction as the other artifacts did. An alternative could be that students create a
singular page which aims to directly promote the organization of choice, rather than
show off the students projects created throughout the semester.

Conclusion
The class overall was a pleasure and I left with a greater understanding of proper
document design as well learned interoffice communication, making me feel more
prepared to work in a professional office environment.
