Online Testing Instructions

Welcome to the AAI Testing Center

In a few moments, you will be taking a test through CEBs Select2Perform testing platform. Before you begin, please read the
following instructions carefully:

1. Click on the test link provided (usually through email). For some browsers, you need to copy and paste
the test link on the web browser.

2. Once the CEB website is up, click the Register Now button.
The option to enter a username and password or a Session ID is only for candidates who have STARTED with the
assessment and were logged- out.

3. You will then be requested to provide necessary information including:

Your first name and last name
Your own username and password (create your own)
Your email address (make sure its valid)

4. You will then proceed to the Data Protection Notice page. Simply tick the checkbox beside I have read
and agreed to the Data Protection Notice and then click the Continue button.

5. Before you can start with the assessment, the system will ask for a Test Administrator Login.

Please use only the details below:

Username: proctor
Password: code

6. You will then proceed to the Assessment Home page. Kindly verify your name and write your Session
ID number on a piece of paper (you will need this in the event that any technical problem occurs).
Then click on Take Assessment, to proceed to the test instruction page.
You will now begin your assessment.

If you experience technical difficulties, kindly approach your proctor.
