persual.
My name is Dini Ayu Hanifah, but You can called me Ayu. I am a student
who is very enthusiastic with student exchange activities between countries,
communication and leadership skills greatly affecting the advancement of student
mindset. I am a kindly, helpful, friendly, honest, hard worker and a little shy. I am
good at prioritizing the more mainstream and communicating well to others.
I have considerable experience in the field of organization, i always
enthusiastic about what i want to do. I want to be a part of AIESEC as Organizing
Committee because i want to get my self confidence in front of the crowd and i am
good at prioritizing the more mainstream and communicating well to others.
The main thing that motivated me to be able to join AIESEC organization
are, first i want to know how the system of lessons from outside my area, after i
found out then i wanted to apply the system in my college and weigh what things
can improve the learning process, second i want to prove and make both my parents
proud of the achievments i can join in this AIESEC organization and i know there
will be great people born from this organization.
In short, i wish i could join and collaborate with this amazing organization.
