for the Coordinating Board of Students.

As a candidate for the student council, I am honored to be here today to share

my vision and express my dedication to making a postive difference in our
school community. I am ready to serve our Paulinian community with integrity
and commitment. If I am given the chance to be elected as the recording
secretary in the Junior High School CBS, I will ensure to you that I will do my
responsibilities as a recording secretary such as attending meetings and records
minutes of the meetings. I will keep and help safeguard all documents and
records of the CBS as well. To be able to do this effectively and efficiently, It is
a must for me to prioritize my tasks. In this way, it would help me keep track of
time and optimize my productivity.

I would like to make sure that every student's needs and concerns are heard. By
the use of google forms to compile inquiries, issues and concerns from the
student body. To be accountable to the student body and make sure that their
concerns are heard and relayed to the student council, and address them without
any means of violating their data and privacy.

I stand before you as a candidate for the position of Recording Secretary of the
CBS with dedication and passion to fulfill the responsibilities of this role. I am
confident that I can contribute to the success and well-being of our school
through good communication, strong organization, teamwork, and a sincere
desire to have a positive impact. I ask for your trust and support in electing me
for this position.
