As someone says, change is the only constant in this world, so as being expected technology upgraded together
with the people's mind set, we can't really denied the fact that generation before and now are absolutely not the same,
maybe they have in common but in just a few matter. If the people before loves to walk ,people for today's love to run,
how much more the people in the 21st century maybe they love to ride along. We can say that also people really change
especially their way of living ,they also upgrade which means from worst to better but here's one things we forget, this
said of upgrading things really for the better ;how about the lifespan of the people is it really upgraded or degraded?
Technology helps us in many ways, it can make our life easier but it can also make our life shorter. Many people as of
now, depend themselves on the technology. Many people complaint that they can't live without this so called electric
things(technology). Technology makes people lazy and crazy .Have you wondered why people before survived without
this things? Because they have this so called DILIGENCE they are determined to learn and success, how about as do we
still have this now? Or do we depend everything what technology gives us ,we have thus knowledge but this knowledge is
not enough to survive we need it to apply ,application is very important. It is very observable that now a days the
attention span of the students decreases how much more for the future .I observed that most people for now are not
determined of what they can do but on what they can get .This new paradigm really helps to mold the 21st century
people to retain and look for the better, in this paradigm they can apply all their knowledge and by this they will never
depend to someone .According to John sole, founder and CEO of Guirella educators, project based learning is the primary
gateway through which the hallmarks are realized. There are consistent characteristic that make a project viable. Some of
this are the projects should be; hands-on, collaborative, multidisciplinary, students centered, real time ,real world and
flexible. According also to Dianne Ravitch, to be prepared for the 21st century our children require the following skills and
knowledge: an understanding of history, civics, geography, mathematics and science, so they may comprehend
unforeseen events and act wisely; the ability to speak ,write, and read English well; mastery of a foreign language,
engagement in the arts to enrich their lives; close encounter with great literature, to gain insight in timeless dilemmas
and the human condition; a love of learning so they continue to develop their mind after their formal schooling, they also
need self-discipline to pursue their goals.
