MAIN DISCUSSION IN THE MEETING

1. The meeting was held between TP and Hi-Tech to discuss the project progress which was halted
by Hi-Tech because of CW pending payment. Malik Ayaz informed TP that he cannot carry out
the CW activities because of financial resource. He also informed TP that his payments are stuck
for 13 sites. Mubeen-ul-Hassan and kashif Anwar assured Malik Ayaz that pending payment will
be released till June 6, 2008.
2. Malik Ayaz agreed that if his Payment got cleared till June 6, 2008 then he will start the CW on
11 sites in central region.
3. Kashif Anwar assured Malik Ayaz that the payments for the Remaining 7 sites out of 20 will be
done by June 15, 2008.
