that Confusion has
been cleared to all
TP Site Acquisition
vendors regarding
the 2013 TMA NOC
policy.

Earlier The TP Site

Acquisition vendors
raised the concerns
regarding the 2013
TMA NOC policy.
They claim that it is
mentioned clearly
that the BTS Towers
shall not be installed
in the residential
area.

It has been informed

in the meeting that
all TMA and vendors
has misinterpreted
the 2013 TMA NOC

confusion has now
been cleared and
further clarity has
been given to TP
Site Acquisition
vendors.

to all stakeholders
that following TMA
has been secured by
the vendor.
