Reason For Modification
In the normal operation RTPM EFWP run test include TFWP partial stroke Conducted on Monday at the beginning
of every month. On weekdays there is a DCS colleague for force logic simulation, if it coincides with a holiday on
Monday, it is just in time for RTPM, no one can simulate force logic during full load conditions. If low load boiler
load <90% no problem no case runback BFP, but also if full load or boiler load >90% during EFWP running and one
of them TFWP do partial stroke is caused runback BFP 90%. Because each TFWP capability 50% and EFWP 40%.
During partial strokes commence we have request to force value apply simulation from output TFWP from 50% to
force fix value 62%, to avoid runback during partial strokes one of them TFWP loss feedback open ESV so BFP As
if not available or trip than capability BFP still 100% not runback to 90%. This case very extremely detrimental for
unit cause unit runback 90% and waiting reset 20 minutes, AGC automatic off and free gov frequency influence
automatic off can't support frequency at grid.
So with this we ask for SLC facilities for that as anticipation and as a mutual benefit to easier the work of DCS
team. Operator can direct execute if SLC switch on select switch to fix value 62% than SLC switch off back to
default value. RTPM is better done during low load, and low load is usually before 7 am. so that when we execute
this RTPM when the load has started to rise towards full load there is no need to wait for apply the simulation from
the DCS team just select the switch on SLC. And for safety availability unit during RTPM conducted specially at full
load.
