Non-Conformance Title Bolt, nut and trims are not conformed to the drawings.
Non-Conformance Details
1. The material of bolt for Item No.9/10/11 was A193 B8M, but the marking of the bolt with serial No.B20020007-9-8/ B20020007-
9-13/ B20020007-10-1 was "A4-70". The bolt with serial No.B20020007-11-2 has no marking
2. The material of nut for Item No.9/10/11/12 was A194 8M, but the marking of the nut with serial No.B20020007-9-8/
B20020007-9-13/ B20020007-10-1/ B20020007-11-2 was "A4-80".The nut with serial No.B20020007-12-2 has no marking.
3. Bolts and nuts shall be coated with TAKECOAT 1000 or XYLAN 1070 OR Coated with Primer 4090 or equivalent material which
was to be approved by Company. The colour of the coating shall be blue. But now the nut with serial No.B20020007-12-2, the bolt
and nut with serial No.B20020007-5-3/ B20020007-5-14/ B20020007-6-2 have no coating.
4. The material of bolt for Item No.2/15/7 was A193 B8M B7M,but the marking of the bolt with serial No.B20020007-2-2/
B20020007-15-4/B20020007-7-3 was "A4-70/A2-70/B7".
5. The material of nut for Item No.2/15/7 was A194 8M 2HM, but the marking of the nut with serial No.B20020007-2-2/
B20020007-15-4 was "8MA".The nut with serial No.B20020007-7-3 has no marking.
