2- Description of non-conformity

When inspect the generator code 149 visually we found that:

1. No coolant on radiator.
2. The cap of radiator is missing.
3. The belts of fan of radiator are missing.
4. The return fuel hose is broken.
5. The muffler is disconnected.
6. The main air filter is missing.
7. No batteries.
8. The wiring of alternator is disconnected.
9. The lock of control box is damaged.
10. The support of module box is pending.
11. The vibrations of generator are out of acceptance limits according to last report that sent.
