Flowerdale yAMP

Hi Everyone,

As you are aware we have been meeting at the Rec Reserve because of the renovations
scheduled for the community hall. I realize that for some this becomes a challenge with
regard to transport but hopefully we can move back to the hall before too long and the
youth can be dropped off by the bus. We will keep you informed.

We will NOT be having yAMP workshops for the next two weeks but
will instead be hold a :

2 day Songwriting and Recording Workshop

with
recording engineer and musician

Thurs and Friday Sept 23rd and 24th,
10am - 4pm
At the Rec Reserve Flowerdale
( this is the first week of the holidays)

Lunch will be provided and I would like to get an idea of who will be attending so that I can
cater accordingly. So…. If you could please fill in the form attached below and return this to
John Leary or Vicky Parry that would be appreciated. If you are unable to get the form to

Beginning term four 2010 the yAMP workshops will be held fortnightly on the second and
fourth Fridays of the month.

The dates for these workshops are as follows

Dec 3rd
10th final for 2010 Christmas celebration concert

We will be having discussions regarding how we will operate in 201l and would be grateful
for any feedback and input from the community. To this end I have put together a short
