E Business Analysts

As a company that is fast evolving from brick and mortar into all things online, Al Mulla
Exchange is focusing on the next generation technology platforms like App and Online for
customers. As E Business Analysts, your primary job will be to increase the efficiency of the
company's online sales. Other responsibilities include:

1. Devises business strategies for digital transformation

2. Leads the transition of customers from branches to online.

3. Supports and implements online and App enhancement projects.

4. Assesses the requirements and carries out documentation, analysis, solution

design, testing definition and execution for the online platform

5. Analyzes and monitors the present services, market trends, industry practices ,
emerging digital channels and technologies, etc.

6. Interacts with the business users and works close with them to understand the
business needs and opportunities

7. Carries out the translation of business requirements into functional specifications

to satisfy the business needs and necessary system modifications

8. Coordinates effectively with the cross functional departments

9. Presents insight and recommendations to management for decision making and

strategic planning

10. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhered to

approved budgets
