Describe your process of growth

[Considering your opponent, protecting your principles]

Many people who are around me are said that my tone and actions, which soften the surrounding atmosphere, resemble
my mother. My mother always listens to other's story. And then, she maximizes a certain part and she makes others laugh.
I grew up while learning that atmosphere. So, I was naturally able to listen to another side of the story and was able to
raise the attitude of consideration. Meanwhile, my father, who had been paying attention to people's promises and
principles, did not acknowledge the volunteer work that I filled in time, so I did volunteer activities such as social welfare
center and educational service. In this way, I could be able to set the attitude that I consider other's situation and keep the
principle.

[During 7 years of school life and 2 changes]

Until I entered university, I felt confident in everything, and I became accustomed to doing my things on my own due to
my long study time. However, during the seventh years of my school life, the three things that changed me as follows.

First, I have a strong sense of responsibility and sincerity rather than self-confidence. Especially, when I was an intern in the
organic chemistry lab, the professor who saw my research note said, 'This note is the most impressed note that I have ever
seen. His words made me more sincere. So, I could be able to work diligently.

Second, I learned the value of collaboration and gained valuable people’s association. I did two projects and proposed
many projects. In order to improve the research, I spent a lot of time thinking with my team members and making the
research design. Through this time, I have realized the meaning of 'togetherness'. Seniors and juniors who spent the time
together were until now the best friends who kept in touch and support each other.

Third, I became aware of the meaning and importance of community. As I was in college and master course, I always
thankful to people around me and I was able to express my gratitude to even small things.

2. Describe your greatest strength and weakness

[I always try to practice this attitude in my life: sincerity]

I have 'sincerity' in order to be a trustworthy person who takes responsibility in social settings. In particular, it was often
the job to be acknowledged with most sincerity. For example, when analyzing the research, it is important to manage the
equipment thoroughly so that it does not become abnormal and it can be equipped according to the schedule and the
accurate result can be delivered. I am faithful to everything and practice self-esteem and maintain good relations with
people. My disadvantage is that I tend to be somewhat a perfectionist and make myself difficult. Therefore, I try to work
tirelessly and to relieve stress by myself.

3. Describe your aspirations after you entered

Through the project with the Korea Electronics Technology Institute, I became interested in each electronic component,

but not the finished product. I have been dealing with a small amount of "nano" material, and wish that the materials I

develop will be useful in everyday life. In addition, I have seen battery explosion in recent years, and the problem of the
part has expanded to the whole problem. And then, it makes brand’s value truncated. So, from the point of view of a

customer and a researcher, I want to make more stable and safe electronic material. For this reason, I applied for BASF.

If I work for your company, I will try to keep three things to quickly adapt to works.
First, after I will enter your company, as a Pad engineer, I will communicate with diverse teams based on my research skill
set. I have been working for a facility center and connected with many students. Because of this, I am able to understand
the sample and needs in detail. I think it is necessary to cooperate with relevant departments at work. Through this skill, I
will deal with a lot of work efficiently.

Second, I will make the best use of my major knowledge. I worked in various research fields such as Organic Chemistry
and Inorganic Chemistry for four years from bachelor to master courses. So, I experienced many techniques in Chemistry
compared to others. Based on this, I will acquire competence and knowledge as soon as possible. And, so I can
understand the overall work.

Third, I’ll make a variety of possibilities with one material.
from catalysts and sensors to battery with one material that did not get good results on project. So, I can
view one material with various angles. Therefore, unexpected situations always occur in research, but I
can derive "newness" rather than embarrassment.

예 : 삼성전기의 중앙연구소에서 일을 하고 싶습니다. 대학에서 000 분야를 공부했고, 평소 관심이 많아 박람회나 세미나

다양한 참여활동을 통해 이론과 기본을 다져두었습니다. 이제, 직접 중앙연구소에서 실험과 연구를 하고자 합니다.
그래서 삼성전기에 지원하였고, 가급적 연구소에서 일하며 차세대 전기기술을 개발해보는 것이 저의 희망입니다.

그것에서 본인이 할 수 있는 일을 생각해봅니다.
예 : 삼성전기의 마케팅에 놀랐습니다. 보이지 않지만 하루에도 수십 번이나 나와 사랑에 빠지는 기업.
바로 삼성전기를 말하는 마케팅 전략입니다.그러나 이런 훌륭한 마케팅에도 불구하고,
실제로 삼성전기의 마케팅이나 홍보를 직접적으로 받아 보는 사람이 많지 않다는 점에 의구심이 생겼습니다.
그래서, 이런 좋은 아이디어들을 보다 확실하고 전달력있게 전파할 수 있는 수단을 갖춰보고자 합니다.
각종 기존의 매체들과 뉴미디어를 통해 소비자에게 친근하게 다가갈 수 있는 삼성전기를 만들고 싶습니다.
