1. Safety joint
The safety joint is in valved elastic clamping jaw structure, with
the characteristics of being high in tensile strength, reliable to take
off, convenient to fish and the like. When the fracturing string is
blocked or buried by the sand after the construction and cannot be
unlocked by well backwashing and other measures, it is released here,
and the oil extraction pipe is lifted and is fished by a fishing anchor
while fishing.
The safety joint is mainly composed of an upper body, a sliding
sleeve, a shearing pin, a lower body, etc. The main working principle
is that the safety joint is connected on the fracturing string and is
deepened to the designed depth along with the fracturing string.
When the fracturing string is blocked or buried by the sand after the
construction and cannot be unlocked by well backwashing and other
measures, a φ 55 steel ball is fed into the oil pipe, the oil pipe is
pressurized by 20-22MPa (in addition to the ground pressure in the
oil pipe) until the pin is sheared off, and the sliding sleeve is
descended; at this moment, the upper oil extract pipe is lifted above
the safety joint and the discharged strings are fished.

2. Centralizer

The centralizer is a tool used for preventing the tube string


from wriggled in the perforating and fracturing process.

The centralizer is used for correcting the whole string in


the process of fracturing the tool in such a way of maximally
amplifying the size of the protruded edges of the centralizer in
the scope permitted by the drifting string, and centering the
string to the greatest extent, so as to delay the wear of the tool
and improve the construction efficiency of the string.

3. Monolayer ejector
The special jetting tool can generate high-speed fluid to shot through the casings and rocks to
form oriented perforations, and the bottom parts of the perforations are cracked and formed gaps
depending on the increasing the annular fluid infusion pressure after exceeding the formation
fracture pressure. The selective oriented perforating can be realized in a horizontal well. It has a
self-sealing effect and is capable of realizing multi-section perforation fracturing interaction.
The single stage ejector can only perforate a place once while going down, but can perforate
more than once by dragging the string. When the string support is used, it is matched with the
safety joint, the packer, the check valve and others to drag the string to perform perforation
fracturing operation.
During the perforation fracturing, the steel ball is located in the check valve connected below
the ejector, the diameter of the oil pipe at the lower end of the ejector is sealed, the throttle is
generated by the operation of the ground pumping procedure of the field construction when the
high pressure fracturing fluid passes through the ejector, and the oil layer is transmitted by an alloy
nozzle for perforating and fracturing operation.

4. Sliding sleeve type ejector
The special jetting tool generates the high-speed fluid to perforate through the casings and
rocks to form the perforations, the bottom of the perforations is raised based on the fluid
infusion pressure of the annular fluid, and the cracks and gaps are formed after the formation
fracture pressure is exceeded. The selective oriented perforating can be realized in the
horizontal well. The sliding sleeve type ejector has a self-packing effect and can realize multi-
section perforating and fracturing interaction. It is used for hydraulic sand blasting,
perforating and fracturing operation of the oil field.
Sliding sleeve type ejector is arranged above the primary ejector at the lower end of the
fracturing string, and can be used for performing perforating and fracturing operation in the
primary perforating position of the fracturing string. After the steel ball is fed, it is located in
the sliding sleeve in the sliding sleeve type ejector, the diameter of the oil pipe at the lower
end is sealed, the shear pin is sheared off and the sliding sleeve is slid into the sliding sleeve
seat by the ground pumping procedure operation of the field construction, the high pressure
fracturing fluid is throttled by the ejector, and the penetration oil layer is transmitted by the
alloy nozzle for perforation and fracturing.

5. K344 expanding packer
The K344 expanding packer is an expanding fracturing packer which takes the
expansion rubber sleeve as the sealing element, is packed by the hydraulic pressure
difference, and is specially used for interlayer packing of the segmental fracturing. The
matched compositions of the corresponding downhole tool and the expanding fracturing
packer are used for segmental fracturing the construction process string, so as to finish the
operation of dragging the multi-layer and multi-section fracturing of separate layers.
Packing: The oil pipe is added with hydraulic pressure, and the hydraulic pressure is
functioned on the inner cavity of the rubber sleeve through the contact water holes below
the packer. Due to the function of the pressure difference of the matched throttler, the
rubber sleeve is expanded to be glued the casing. Therefore, the annular space of the oil
sleeve is sealed.
Deblocking: after the pressure in the oil pipe is discharged, the pressure difference is
disappeared, and the rubber sleeve is withdrawn by the elasticity.

6. CT-Y211 packer
The CT-Y211 series packer is the packer for packing and deblocking the compressional one-way slip by
upwards lifting and downwards placing the string.
It is used for multi-layer fracturing of the coiled tubing, especially the horizontal fracturing of separate layers. It is
matched with the perforating and locating tools and other auxiliary tools to finish well entering once and fracturing
operation for multiple times.
The main structure is divided into three parts: a circulating part, a packing part and an anchoring part.
Packing: When the packer reaches the packing position, the string is raised for a distance so as to drive the mandril
of the packer to move upwards, and the replacement pin of the packer is located in a replacement state. After the
string is placed downwards, the replacement pin enters the long slot, the mandril of the packer drives the rubber
sleeve to move downwards, the slip is propped open to seize the inner wall of the casing by the conical surface of
the lower gauge ring, and the packing of the packer is started. The shear pin on the upper circulating valve is sheared
off, and the upper circulating valve is closed. The lower circulating valve is closed along with the downward
movement of the mandril.
Deblocking: After the operation is finished, the string is lifted up, the mandril of the packer is moved upwards,
the rubber sleeve is contracted, and the slip is reset. The replacement pin is located in a replacement state.
Repacking: After the completion of the first operation, the string is moved to the next target layer. The multiple
operation can be finished by repeating the steps 2 to 3.
Drilling: After every deblocking, it shall wait for about 5 min and the string is raised upwards after the rubber
sleeve is completely recovered.

7. Check valve, coupling, sieve pipe and guide screwed plug
The check valve is used for bottom seal while fracturing; the coupling is used
for connecting with the tool at the lower end of the string; and the sieve pipe and the
guide screwed plug are used for guiding and using while the string is backflushed.

8. Connector of oil pipe slip
The connector is used for connection between the coiled tubing and the coiled
tubing tool. The continuous oil tool is connected with the coiled tubing through the
occlusion with the slip. A group of buckle slips is used for grasping the coiled
tubing by wedging into the wall pipe, therefore, the slip cannot rotate because the
coiled tubing is grasped tighter when the tension is greater. The lower end of the
slip is occluded with the upper end of the lower joint so as to transmit larger torque.

9. Hydraulic releasing joint
The releasing joint can realize that the string can be released and recovered even if the
string does not move. The hydraulic releasing joint is an important component in the operating
string. The steel ball with a certain specification is fed into the string so that the tool string is
stringed on the preset position so as to realize releasing, and is separated from the tool at the
lower end.
The hydraulic releasing joint is mainly composed of an upper releasing joint with a ball
seat part and a lower releasing joint with a slip anchoring part. The upper end of the hydraulic
releasing joint is connected with the string, and the lower end thereof is connected with the
tool. The steel ball is fed into the coiled tubing, the sealing surface on the ball seat is packed
by the steel ball, the shear pin is sheared off downwards by the ground pressure, and the slip
sleeve moves downwards, therefore the upper releasing joint can be separated from the slip at
this moment. The upper releasing joint, the ball seat and the steel ball can be recovered after
the releasing, and the fishing neck in the standard is left so as to perform the next finishing
operation.

10. Casing collar locator
The casing collar locator is a coiled tubing tool capable of accurately locating
the coupling position, and is generally used for selective sand blasting and
perforating and sectionalized fracturing, etc. The locating sleeve coupling corrects
the length of the oil pipe and the well logging depth, so that the packer avoids the
casing coupling during the construction.
The principle is that the lifting meets the casing coupling, the coupling position
can be determined according to the change of the increased loading value, and the
packer and other downhole tools are accurately located on the preset level.

The insertion seal is a key tool which plays a sealing role during tie-back
of oil tube. Whether tieback assembly is sealed has a direct influence on
fracturing construction. In order to ensure seal reliability, adopt the sealing
mode of short rubber tubing.

3. Open hole packer

The open hole packer is a key tool to realize sealing and separation of strata.
In order to reach process requirements that open hole packer can be placed
down for sealing and ensure success ratio of construction, adopt high
temperature and high pressure rubber tubing and compression type open hole
packer which increases compression ratio of rubber tubing.

4. Pressure difference sliding bush

The pressure difference sliding bush realizes opening by dint of area


difference. Whether pressure difference sliding bush can be opened smoothly
has a direct influence on fracturing construction. In order to satisfy
construction requirements, an inner latch mechanism is increased inside to
ensure sliding bush remains to be normally open.

III. Technical Features
The technique pipe is characterized by the following contents:
 Optimal combination of self-locking sealing insertion and hydraulic anchor
effectively avoids spile rebound under high pressure;
 Put the hanging slips down in two stages to further ensure hanging reliability;
The cycle channel with divergence on positive direction is adopted for guide shoe,
which increases processing capacity after slacking off;
 Adopt the sliding bush type setting ball seat to increase processing measures when
the pressure difference sliding bush cannot be opened.

 The basic tool string of the downhole tool for the steel wire operation
comprises a steel wire rope cap, a weighted lever, a jar and a universal joint.
 The fishing tool for the steel wire operation is connected below the basic
tool string, so as to finish various different operations under pressure.
According to the different operation need, the fishing, detection, testing and
others can be combined for use, so as to achieve different operation aims.
 The tool on the basic tool string at the top of the basic tool string is
processed with an outer fishing neck. Once the tool is released and dropped
into the well, it can be fished by the fishing cylinder.

3. Spring jar
 The spring jar is a tool used for providing the upward jarring during the
heavy load fishing operation. The tool can be regulated on the ground and the
releasing strength can be preset, therefore the operator can provide a controllable
impact force to the tool during the heavy load steel wire operation.

4. Hydraulic jar
 The hydraulic jar is applicable to the steel wire operation at the deeper
underground position, work based on the principle of liquid damp and gap throttle delay,
so as to obtain the reliable upward jarring force.
 The hydraulic jar is generally used with long-chain alkyl silicone oil, with smaller
viscosity. The viscosity of the hydraulic oil shall be selected according to the
underground temperature.

5. Universal joint
 The universal joint is used for providing the bent connection for the tool
string, so that it is convenient to use in the inclined shaft. Therefore, the tool string

6. Fishing spear
 The fishing spear is used for fishing the steel wires broken in the oil pipe. The fishing spear comprises an
inner fishing spear and an outer fishing spear, wherein the inner fishing spear is unlikely to be twisted by the
steel wires, but the fishing capacity is limited; the outer fishing smear is used for the occasion that the inner
fishing spear and the outer fishing spear are unlikely to fish, and is not used for fishing the common steel wires.

7. Locator for terminal of oil pipe
 The locator is an oil pipe joint detecting tool used for locating at the terminal of the oil pipe,
so that the depth of the oil pipe can be precisely measured. The detecting tool comprises a single
arm type and a dual arm type. Compared with the single arm type oil pipe terminal locator, the
dual arm type oil pipe terminal has the advantage of performing several applications according to
the requirements, without the need of changing the pins.

8. Fishing tool
 The JU type fishing tool is used for fishing the tools with the outer fishing necks. The
connecting mandril has the different differences to be applicable to the fishing necks with
different lengths. When the fishing tools are in failure, it can jar and release upwards.
 The JD fishing tool is used for fishing the tools with the outer fishing necks. The mandril
has the different distances to be applicable to the fishing necks with different lengths. When the

9. Detachable device assembly
 The detachable device assembly is composed of a J-shaped slot feeder, a centralizer, a
coupling locator (or a slip locator), a feeding joint, etc.
The J-shaped slot feeder is a releasing tool used for supporting the centralizer when the centralizer
release is placed underground.
 The centralizer is a tool connected in the tool string and used for preventing the tool string
from fleeing upwards. It can be separately connected with the underground instrument release and
placed underground, and can be connected at the upper part of the downhole tool string.
The coupling locator is located in the oil pipe coupling, and provides a support surface for the
downhole instrument (such as pressure gauge).
The slip locator is located on the inner wall of the oil pipe, and provides a support surface for the
downhole instrument (such as pressure gauge).

10. Weighted lever
 The weighted tool string has enough weight to overcome the friction force to move
downwards, and is mainly used for overcoming the friction force at the packing of the packing box
and the upper jacking force generated by the downhole pressure so that the steel wire operating tool
can reach a certain underground depth. In addition, the weighted lever can apply the upward or
downward force by its own weight to finish the fishing of the downhole tools.

11. Gauge cutter (tube scrapper)
 The gauge cutter is also called as tube scrapper. The scrapper is used for clearing
away the attachments on the wall of the oil pipe before the underground operation is
started, so that the inner diameter of the oil pipe is smooth and can meet the downhole
operating requirements of other tools, and the outer diameter is at least 2mm greater than
the instrument string or the operating tool string. It needs to put the tube scrapper before
the steel wire operating tool goes down, therefore, it can determine whether the tool
string can pass through the oil pipe and determine the position of the joint in the oil pipe.

4. Double circulation valve
Introduction
The double circulation valve is composed of a valve body, a piston,
a shearing pin and a rupture disk. The dual circulating valve provides
two ways for building a circulation from the oil pipe to the annular hole.
In the downhole state, the steel ball is directly pressed to build the
circulation; or when the downhole drilling tool assembly is blocked to
lose the circulation, the rupture disk will be fractured by too high
pressure, so that the small circulating channel is built, and then the steel
ball is delivered to build the full circulation channel.

5. Slip fixer

6. Cutter
Introduction
The cutter is mainly composed of an upper joint, a mandril, a
spring, a guide cylinder, an upper cylinder, a lower cylinder, a
nozzle supporting cylinder, a nozzle, a tool bit and the like. The
steel ball is placed into the tool mandril in advance, the tool bit
correspondingly extendss forwards and is unfolded while jacking
the inclined edge as the water pressure pumped into the pipe is
increased; the longer the tool bit extends forwards, the larger the
tool bit is unfolded; when the cutter is unfolded to a certain
degree, the mandril on the lower plug jacks the steel ball, the
