    Sir/ Madam:

    On behalf of our clients the Sps. Paul Santiago and Deanna P. Santiago of Phase IV
    Alta Tierra Village, Jaro, Iloilo City, who are the owners of a parcel of land known as
    Lot No. 1495-A of the subd. Plan (LRC) Psd-141207 of Pototan Cadastre situated in
    Barrio Agamanapiao, Pototan Iloilo by virtue of a deed of sale dated March 30, 2010
    from the registered owner Dolores N. Pegason, which is within your jurisdiction,
    may we respectfully file a complaint for ejectment against the following persons:

    1. Cornelio Libutaque
    2. Araceli Libutaque
    3. Tonio Pallanga
    4. Rosalia Berja, and
    5. Jasper Libutaque

    On the ground that they are illegally occupying the property above-described and/
    or for sub-leasing or non-payment of rentals.

    Please set a hearing and inform us timely so that we can attend the same.
