Azulon’s GTX 1060 3gb/6gb OC guide for Nicehash Daggerhashimoto Algorithm

1. Download MSI Afterburner

- Link is here: https://www.msi.com/page/afterburner
2. Open MSI Afterburner Setting and check “unlock voltage control”
and “unlock voltage monitoring”
3. From the Main MSI Afterburner UI open The Voltage/Frequency
Curve Editor By pressing CTRL+F or Pressing The 3 bars Next to
Core clock.

4. In the Voltage/Frequency Curve Editor Adjust the box corresponding

to the voltage you want to set your card at and raise it to the
Frequency you want to set it at. For 1060 cards I found 825mv or
850mv @ 1900MHZ to be suitable for Daggerhashimoto.
5. While the box is still Selected Press “L” A yellow line should appear.
Wherever that Yellow Line is your core voltage and Frequency will
be locked there.

As you can see in the picture The yellow line is at 825mv and locked at
1900Mhz. Do note you may have to find the right voltage and frequency for
your card. I just found 1900Mhz to be the best for my Palit GTX 1060 dual
fan. Any higher doesn’t improve hash rates greatly and uses more power and
any lower greatly lowers my Hash rates.
6. After locking the frequency and Voltage Apply the setting at MSI
Afterburner by Pressing the Big check.
7. Now that your Core frequency and voltage is all set time to raise your
hashrates significantly by ramping up the memory Clock. In the
picture you’ll See +1000. Warning Don’t go directly to +1000 as this
could damage your card make it crash. The Ideal way to do this is to
go up in intervals. I like to do this while mining to see the hashrate
increase and to test the stability of the Overclock. Start with a safe
+300 should be safe.Apply it by pressing the check again and Wait a
few minutes. If it’s stable Go up another +50.(no need to restart just
keep applying the new setting) Keep Repeating this process. If your
screen goes black or freezes it means you’ve reached your cards limit.
Restart your computer and go back down -50 on the memory clock
that’s the limit of your card.

8. From there adjust your fan speed to a stable percentage or just leave
the fan curve to do its thing.
9. Happy mining! My 1060’s limit is about 22.5~23.6MH/s because the
voltage has been lowered and locked there I’ve been pulling an
estimated 70~75Watts. 30 watts less than stock settings.
Side note: Don’t push your card to +1000 on the memory clock if it can’t. This all
depends on the Cards memory module and power delivery. Samsung Memory
Modules have been known to be the most stable and able to take the higher clock
speeds. So if your card can’t reach it don’t push it 😊 if you think it can go higher
try raising your core voltage and frequency just a tiny bit more.
