This is at times also referred to the course notes, they are
provided to the learner and guides the learner through the
content of the lesson

Lesson plans may consists of specific instructions to the trainer
on how the lesson may be concluded

These tools does not guarantee effective learning as the learners still
requires a facilitator to answer enquiries and guide the learners
through a thinking process.

3. How do you know when there is a need to adjust training


programme to meet learners’ needs?

By observing the learners’ body language, their voice tonality when


replying. Learners’ emotions stability would be a good indicator for
programme adjustment too.
