AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT AND CONSENT TO TRAVEL

hereby depose and state:

That I am the mother-in-law of _________, married to my son _____________

who is residing at _______________________________________________.

That I am aware of the intention of my daughter-in-law to go and travel to New

Zealand for Educational purpose.

That as her mother-in-law, I hereby bind, obligate and mandate myself to

shoulder full support all kind of expenditures that my said daughter-in-law may incur in
pursuing her intention and as consequence do hereby register no objection and give my
full consent to her to travel to the said desired destination.

That I hereby guarantee that she shall not be a liability to the government of New
Zealand.

That I am executing this affidavit as proof of full support and consent to travel in
favor of my daughter-in-law for all legal intents and purposes.
