Dear Sir,

I would like to ask for a salary Increment to one of my best team. We all know that QC
department has been in shortage of staff (2 Engineer only). And they have to do
extraordinary efforts to cover all the tasks of this department.

I would like to draw your attention that his salary 13,500 AED whiles his experience of 14
years. As you know that in our project many junior engineers has a salary more than him.
