    Inspected with OPS reps.

    Generally I think we had consensus that this tank did not have any concern items on the liner.

    Some high level staining . Previously this has been identified as staining from locations that cannot be accessed in th roof
    detail.

    Serge will create a list of feedback on this tank and submit this for discussion/action.

    If we have any concerns, the time is in this phase to resolve.

    Once the plant is running, a shutdown will be required which will cause inconvenience.
