Instructions 
SEAT ACCEPTANCE  
MENU     1.  If  seat  is  allotted,  select  Freeze/Slide/Float  option  through  candidate’s  Login,  Report
to  ARC,  Produce  Original  Documents  for  Verification  &  Pay  Seat  Acceptance  Fee
Check Your through  ONLINE  Mode  either  through  Candidate's  Login  or  at  ARC  using  Debit/Credit
card, Netbanking only.
Allotment / Give Seat
Acceptance Status 2.  Candidate  who  got  allotted  the  1st  option,  such  candidate  will  have  to  compulsorily
FREEZE  the  admission  at  ARC  for  SEAT  ACCEPTANCE,  Such  candidates  will  not  be
Pay Seat considered  in  subsequent  rounds  of  admission.However  for  subsequent  Rounds,such
candidates  can  change  their  Seat  Acceptance  Option  from  Freeze  to  Slide/Float  at
Acceptance Fee ARC by submitting application.

Print Seat 3.  If  candidate,  who  allotted  any  option  other  than  1st,  i.e.  from  2­300  then  such
candidates  may  FREEZE  the  admission  or  he/she  may  choose  from  SLIDE/FLOAT  for
Acceptance Form the  betterment  in  subsequent  rounds  of  admission.If  the  candidate  secures  a  seat  of
higher  preference  in  subsequent  rounds,  then  it  would  be  automatically  result  in  the
forfeiture of the seat accepted in the earlier round.

4.  The  Seat  Acceptance  Fee  shall  be  Rs.  5,000/­  for  OPEN,  VJ/DT,  NT,  SBC/OBC
Category  and  Rs.  1,000/­  for  SC,  ST  Category  Candidates.  The  candidate  has  to  pay

5.  ARC  shall  confirm  the  Seat  after  verification  of  the  original  documents  and  ensuring

issue the Online Receipt of acceptance which the candidate will have to retain.
 6.  For  cancellation  of  admission  before  reporting  to  the  institution,  the  candidate  shall

Question
7.  If  a  candidate  fails  to  report  for  the  acceptance  of  allotted  seat  at  Admission
Feedback Reporting  Center  (ARC)  in  scheduled  time,  it  will  be  treated  as  he/she  has  rejected
the allotted seat.

8.  After the end of CAP Round III, the candidate shall report to the Institution allotted to
them and confirm their admission in the Institution.
