Dear Parent/Guardian:

Our DECA club will be holding a fall fundraiser, and we are asking that each DECA member presale at least 5
Jamba Juice punch cards. The fundraiser will be over the me span of November 17-30, 2017 and each
student will be given a fundraiser packet. The fundraiser packet will consist of receipts (for record of payment
for purchaser), an informa on sheet about the punch cards, and a ached to the front side of the packet is a
form the student will need to fill out every me they sell a punch card. All pre-order forms and money will be
due by November 30, 2017 to Mrs. Kim. Punch cards will be distributed to students on December 14, 2017.
The student’s will be pre selling the following card:
