Club Advisors: Mrs.Kim and Mr.Pyda
- Assist members to go to Alexis and receive their Jamba cards after signing in
- Count how many people come in and see if we can get them into 3 or 4 groups
with an equal amount of people for the activity
1. Call to Order at 3:00 p.m.
- 3:11 p.m.
2. Sign In/Attendance
a. “By signing next to my name, I am promising that this club has successfully
introduced me to the club’s constitution. I understand the club’s purpose and goal
as stated in the constitution. I am aware of all club requirements, expectations,
and policies as stated in the club’s constitution. If I do not follow these guidelines,
I risk the consequences as stated in the consequences.”
- Members must sign in as well as give their signature agreeing to
this statement in order for our roster to be complete
- Must complete our roster
3. Left-Right Christmas Activity
a. Get into groups and form a circle
b. Each group will get a present and candy canes
c. Zoe will read a story emphasizing the words left and right
d. When you hear left or right, you pass the present or candy cane in that direction
e. When the story is over, whoever is holding the present or candy cane gets it
4. CTSO
a. Turn in permission forms by Friday, December 15, 2017 to Mrs.Kim or Mr.Pyda
5. Jamba Juice Card Distribution
a. If you didn’t go to Alexis after signing in to receive your Jamba cards, see her
after the meeting
6. Fundraiser Report
a. We were able to fundraise:
- 245 cards
- $2,450 + $50 Donation
- Profit: $1,250
b. Money will go to helping pay for our next social and CTSO competition
7. Campus Beautification
a. Saturday, February 3, 2018
b. Forms were sent out on remind
- Mandatory for everyone
- Turn in to L201 or L204
c. They’re also available on our website (decatrojans.weebly.com)
 8. Adopt A Family Service Project
