    Tractor Supply

    Laland, Texas

    Dear Mr. Doe

    This letter is to inform you that I wish to accept the position of head landscaper that was offered
    to me on the day of December 24th, 2009.

    As per the agreed upon terms, I will be compensated $10 per hour for my services, and will
    complete work for 3 hours per day, 5 days per week, I will have no vacation time, and I will be
    responsible for all my own equipment and supplies. I agree that I can be terminated at any time if
    I violate the Tractor Supply code of conduct.
