Habibie & Ainun

Habibie and Ainun is a film directed by Faozan Rizal and produced by Dhamoo Punjabi and
Manoj Punjabi, adapted from a book Habibie and Ainun, that has the theme struggle and
love.It was made as a sequel of “Habibies and Ainun” film.Habibie and Ainun told us about
the Struggle of life to build this country and true love in life.
Habibie and Ainun was a friend in SMP, they are the smartest student at they school.
Habibies is a genius man who have a big dream, he leave Indonesia and study in German.
1962 Habibie meet Ainun in Bandung and Habibie fall in love with Ainun, and Ainun fall in
love too with Habibie. They are married and stay in German. After they married they faced
with much problem such as disease, finance, and much more, but they could fix them
problem.
Habibie and Ainun is a very interesting movie.The director and producer,Ginatri S. Noer and
Dhamoo Punjabi capture most of the story from the book in this film.The good point about
this movie is it’s story that inspired the audience to face they problem and how to fix it. The
movie also successfully immersed it’s audience with the song that is produced by Tya
Subyakto.
But like every movie habibie and Ainun has some minus point such as the film is not match
with the condition in this country when that time, and the technology is not sophisticated at
that time.
Over all Habibie and Ainun is a good film, the actor and story is good although it has some
minus point, it still a much recommended for people that like movie about struggle and love
