Week thirty-two is over and so is the first week of
TCAP TNReady testing. There were no glitches at our
school this week, and the tests went smoothly. The
students received great marks from their proctors and
showed great effort on the tests. Because of the great
marks, they got extra recess and some extra downtime.
Since next week is also a test week, the students worked
on prep for the upcoming tests: science, math, and
social studies. The prep included practice tests,
whiteboard trivia, and Kahoots. I have been so proud of
these third graders. The test week is not a fun week and
our schedule is very different, but they have been very
mature during the process. One more test week to go!
