CHICKEN INGREDIENTS

WINGS 400g chicken wings


2 tsp sugar
2 tsp fish sauce

with
2 cloves of garlic

STEPS

FISH o Clean the wings by water then rewash


it by salty water to kill its smell. Let it
dry, you can microwave it for 2 min-

SAUCE

o Cut garlic into small pieces
o Deep fry the wings in medium level of
fire until the skin become scrispy and
yellow then you take the wings out.
o Fry the garlic. After that make the
sauce by sugar and fishsauce with
