CHICKEN INGREDIENTS

400g chicken wings

WINGS
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp fish sauce
2 cloves of garlic

with STEPS
o Clean the wings by water then rewash it by salty
water to kill its smell. Let it dry, you can microwave it

FISH
for 2 minutes or you can boil it just to save the time
you fry the wing.
o Cut garlic into small pieces

SAUCE
o Deep fry the wings in medium level of fire until the
skin become scrispy and yellow then you take the
wings out.
o Fry the garlic. After that make the sauce by sugar
and fishsauce with ratio 1:!
o Stir fry for a while and then serve it
