SUMMARY "OUR HUMAN RESOURCES POLICY"

INTRODUCTION

The Management and Leadership Principles in UNLIMITED S.A., describe the

management style and corporate culture of the UNLIMITED S.A. group, particularly with

regard to human relations. Their respect imposes specific behaviors that are detailed

below:

_ Respect and trust are two preconditions to a good professional relationship. Any form of

intolerance, harassment or discrimination will be considered as the expression of a lack of

basic respect and will not be tolerated. This principle must be applied at all levels and in

all circumstances without exception.

_ Transparency and honesty in professional relationships are conditions for effective

communication. Based on facts and an open dialogue, transparency is the only solid basis

that allows continuous improvement.

_ To this is added an open communication destined to share the skills of each one and to

stimulate creativity. This is particularly pertinent in a horizontal structure in which it is

convenient to systematically transmit all the information to those who need it to carry out

their work correctly. Without this, it is impossible to effectively delegate tasks or expand

knowledge.

_ Communicate does not only mean to inform, but also to listen and to dialogue. All

employees have the right to have open conversations with their superiors or colleagues.

_ The willingness to cooperate and help others is a criterion required in the evaluation of

potential candidates for a promotion.


In case of disagreement between an employee and his superior or between an employee

and one of his colleagues, each must be able to be heard in an equitable manner. The

human resources team will ensure that a disagreement is dealt with impartially and that

each party can explain their point of view, whatever their hierarchical level.

The Vision of the Human Resources area is to be recognized for providing advice to the

different organizational units of the institution, for the fulfillment of its objectives,

promoting and provoking a culture of quality, an attitude of service and commitment.

MISSION

The Mission of the Human Resources area is to develop an integral planning and

management of the human resources of UNLIMITED S.A., that allows to provide,

integrate, develop and conserve human talent, to help in the achievement of the objectives

of the institution, complying with the regulations current legal

would like them to treat us, recognizing and valuing the qualities of others, whether by

their knowledge, skills, experience or value as people.

Ethics: Work with professional integrity, honesty and responsibility so that UNLIMITED

S.A. fulfill your objectives. Apply the other ethical principles to which we are subject in

our actions, in order to build trust and transparency in the operations and relations with

customers.
Teamwork: Working together pursuing a common goal, seeking the most efficient way to

coordinate to achieve it, with the participation of all and mutual help, not being

competitive with each other, but looking for the best way to achieve the goal.

Commitment to quality: Perform work with quality, seeking permanent improvement, in

order to create value for customers, meeting their requirements and expectations, and for

the country contributing to the generation of employment sources, economic growth and

diversification of the exports.

HUMAN RESOURCES POLICIES

RECRUITMENT, SELECTION AND RECRUITMENT OF PERSONNEL

STAFF REQUIREMENT

All personnel hiring will be done through the Financial Administrative Management, with

the authorization of the Executive Management, and the persons to be hired must be

included in the organizational structure approved by the Board of Directors.

RECRUITMENT

• Recruitment is the first step of the personnel selection process, which identifies and

attracts suitable candidates to fill vacancies, seeking suitability for the available position.

• Announcement in newspapers, which may be used to recruit candidates to technical

positions and / or with specialization, for which purpose the ads will be placed in the

employment section, since the influx of candidates is much higher that day.

• Companies specialized in hiring personnel, through which candidates can be recruited to

positions that are considered with a high degree of confidentiality.


• Internal bulletin boards to the institution or intranet disclosure for internal candidates; d.

Website for external candidates.

RECRUITMENT

The hiring of the personnel will be done through the Executive Director, through the

respective service provision contract. The amount of the remuneration of the place

established in the document for the selection and hiring of personnel is considered as the

maximum to be paid, however, categories may be established with the purpose of:

Generate savings for the institution.

Encourage the development of personnel in the workplace.

Reward the good performance of the worker through salary increases.

RESIGNATION

Every employee who makes the decision to withdraw from the Institution, must present

his resignation letter at least 15 days bef.
