Mr. Zen lisiewski is a senior student/athlete at Brown City High School and an active member in
the Brown City Community. I have had the pleasure of coaching Zen in basketball for the past 2
years. I have had the opportunity to see him grow as an athlete and as a leader.

While coaching Zen in basketball it was easy to see that he was willing to put in the hard work
that not everyone loves to do. What was more apparent was his ability stay calm and lead his
team by example.

Zen has worked as a mentor for our youth basketball programs over the past 4 years. He does a
nice job working with Brown City’s youth, and has built a rapport with the kids he works with.

The qualities that Zen has exhibited as a student/athlete in Brown City have convinced me that
