Joint Affidavit for Late Registration

We, PUREZA V. RUADO and JOSE P. EUGENIO, of legal ages, both

married, Filipino citizens, with residences and postal addresses at Santiago,
Ilocos Sur, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law hereby depose and say THAT:

1. That we personally know DENVER LAAGEN SABADO, the

SON of the spouses VILMA LAAGEN and ARSENIO SABADO
JR. of _____, Ilocos Sur, Philippines;
2. That said DENVER LAAGEN SABADO was born on August 19,
2009 at _________, Ilocos Sur, Philippines;

That we are fully aware and cognizant of the above-stated facts

because we are town mates and intimately acquainted with each other;

That we are executing this affidavit to the best of our own knowledge
and belief to substantiate the Birth Certificate of one DENVER LAAGEN
SABADO which could not be obtained from the Office of the Municipal Civil
Registrar this municipality due to the fact that after a thorough and diligent
search made on the existing records of births kept on file in this Office, the
name DENVER LAAGEN SABADO does not appear therein;

That we are both disinterested parties;

That we stand responsible to any suit that may arise against the
veracity of our statement hereinabove;

AFFIANTS further sayeth no more.
