JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, ELVIRA PELO ARANEZ and FELICIDAD NIETO DOMINGO,

both of legal age, Filipinos and both residents of Sta. Rosa 1, Marilao,
Bulacan after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do
hereby depose and state THAT:

1. We have known JOSE RUSMER VICMUDO VITANGCOL for at

least Forty (40) years;

2. We, being neighbors  for more than Forty (40) years;

3. Incident of discrepancy: when DIOMEDESA secure a certified true

copy of the Birth Certificate of her daughter JENNIFER
VITANGCOL and Marriage Contract from the Philippine Statistics
Authority, it was discovered that the registered name of his
husband is “ JOSE ROSEMER VICMUDO VITANGCOL ”;

4. WE execute this Affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing

specially the fact that JOSE RUSMER VICMUDO VITANGCOL is
also known to us as JOSE ROSEMER VICMUDO VITANGCOL is
one and the same person;

5. This Affidavit is executed for purposes of correcting the entry in

the Birth Certificate of JENNIFER VITANGCOL and Marriage
Contract with DIOMEDESA DOMINGO and all other legal
documents.
