JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, NILO GEMENO FABRIGAR, of legal age, Filipino and with address at Brgy.
Quintin Salas, Jaro, Iloilo City and ASUNSCION AMINO RAMIREZ, also of legal age,
Filipino and with address at West Habug-Habug, Molo Iloilo City, both after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, depose and say:

1. That the name Felomar Reyes Estrella is duefully married to wife Hermana Prieto
Paclibar and has been for the past 20 years and appears in the following documents:
1) PSA issued Certificate of Live Birth (marked as Annex “A”)
2) PSA issued Marriage Contract of Felomar Reyes Estrella and Hermana
Prieto Paclibar (Annex “B”).

2. That we are not related by blood or affinity to Felomar Reyes Estrella or to Hermana
Prieto Paclibar.

3. That we are attesting to the truthfulness of our foregoing statement.
