Works must be carried out in accordance with relevant Standards Codes of Practice, H & S Legislation and Relevant Acts of KSA.
â Work Requirements: i Acceptance of this work order and the contractor(s) attendance on-site is an acknowledgement that the contractors has all necessary skilled
personnel, insurance & license required to complete the work & that all employees, insurances, licences are current & valid.

â Completion Details: i Phone the Customer Service Centre on 20020 upon attendance & on completion of Work.
Ensure you inform Site personnel if you leave the Site.

All contractors and staff are to contact the WO (P.O.) issuer prior to commencement of works if unsure.
On completion, contractors must obtain signature of proof of completion.
To ensure payment on time, include a copy of the WO (P.O.) with the invoice quoting the WO (P.O.) number.
Please ensure a Risk Assessment is carried out prior to commencing work.
