Greetings for Peace!

The undersigned, representing the Alaminos City Chess Club Association

(ACCCA) is in dire need of a venue which would serve as a training ground to carry
out its programs where aspergers children, the youth and the elderly would be
encouraged into the boardgame realm.

Our Club realizes that playing the game of Chess is a natural part of human
life and a classic strategy game which challenges the finest minds in the world and
symbolizes a country’s intellectual strength. Likewise , Chess has health benefits and
there is that emerging awareness of the effectiveness of Chess in delaying the onset of
Alzheimers, thus, benefiting our elderly. Also, Chess promotes social integration as
players interacting socially.

In view of the foregoing, may we request your humble office for the availability
of any of the corner of Plaza Braganza covered court to be used every Saturdays and
Sundays for this purpose.

Rest assured of our cooperation to maintain cleanliness and orderliness during

said event.
