In the past, user can go to http://esignature.alfalaval.org/ to create e-Signature and send to their Notes mailbox and im
Now after the Outlook migration, user will no longer receive the mail from http://esignature.alfalaval.org/ to their Notes
steps to importtheir e-Signature into their Notes mailbox:

1. Go to http://esignature.alfalaval.org/ to create a e-Signature and send to mailbox

2. Receive the e-Signature mail in Outlook and save BOTH attachments to C:\Users\User's AD \AppData\Local\Lo

3. Open the mailbox in Notes and Click More > Preferences...

4. In the Mail-Signature tab, select "HTML or Image File" and browse the path to where you just saved the 2 attach

Click OK to save the changes for e-signature in Notes
