T03/05 第 7、8 带壁板内侧做 MT 时，在临时措施移除打磨处，发现裂纹 4 点（裂纹深度 2mm），请

立即采取纠正与预防措施。

When MT was carrying out for T03/05 No.7/8 course shell plate internal, surface crack (4
points, 2mm) was found at the temporary attachments removing location. Please take
immediate corrective and preventive actions.
