Use the “Set Safety Switch for telescopic car door L or R” in order to install shaft safety switches.

Step 1: Place the SILL above its base. SILL must be placed as shown in the right picture.

4. CAR DOOR MECHANISM INSTALLATION

Step 1: Place the special square head screws to the roof guide rails
(Set for car door mechanism)

Step 2: Place the car door mechanism above the cabin, so that the zero point of the mechanism will be on the
cabins closing corner panel and across the zero point of the door mechanism (in case of landing door mechanism
pre-installation)

Step 3: Leveling of car door mechanism towards the horizontal plane.


(Tools: Bubble level)

Mechanism’s guides of brackets

By placing the bubble level horizontally on the guides of the car door mechanism, check its flatness and
adjust it if necessary by the screws of the mechanism’s brackets.

Step 4: Leveling of the car door mechanism towards the vertical plane.
(Tools: Bubble level)

adjust the flatness of the
mechanism, if necessary.

By placing the bubble level vertically on the guides of the car door mechanism, check its flatness and adjust it
if necessary, by placing spacer between the bracket and and the guide rail of the cabin.

Step 5: Check if the car door mechanism is parallel to the entrance of the cabin.

When the installation of landing door frame and mechanism is taking place firstly and the installation of the cabin
and the car door mechanism, check the distance between the rear side of the cabin and the landing door
mechanism to be 186mm, for the correct placement of the car door mechanism.

5. PANELS INSTALLATION
Step 1: First, assemble the suspension bolts of panels with flange hex nut.
(Set for door suspension 2PT & 2PC A2)

Step 2: Suspend the panels at the plate


by using the suspension bolts and starting
from the slow plate.
(Tools: Key Νο 13)

Step 3: Assemble the door gibs plate and place them to the door panel by using the suspension bolts. This can
be done in the same way as for suspending panels at the mechanism.
(Set for gibs 2PT & 2PC A2

Step 4: Place the side reinforcement of the panel.
