To whom it may concern,

I, Daniella Khylyn D. Glean, taking the course of Bachelor of Science in Legal Management in San
Beda University, am putting forward this letter as reconsideration to let your esteemed institution allow me to
continue and comply with my incomplete subjects namely: Fiscal Studies (ECO28, three (3) units)) and
Compensation Management (MGT1L, three (3) units)) after one (1) year has lapsed.

The reason for the delayed compliance with my incomplete subjects is because of my early
pregnancy during the Summer of A.Y. 2016-2017 which led me to decide to stop for one (1) school year,
including my summer classes. The health of the pregnant mother is just as important as the health of the child
that is why I know for a fact that I will stop going to school, that is why I immediately secured a Leave of
Absence from the OPSA, allowing me to stop for a year.

Attached in this letter are the important documents that will help me have a favourable decision in
this case, including the photocopy of Leave of Absence, my grades from 1st year to 3rd year, the Live Birth
Certificate of my daughter.

Thank you and I hope that you will consider my appeal and favourably allow me to comply with my
incomplete subjects with the confirmation and supervision of my professors in the above stated subjects.
