    Dear Dr. Alea:

    I am glad to inform you that I have completed my MS degree on time and expected to graduate this
    coming February 10, 2018. In with this, I am writing to formally request for the reimbursement of the
    transportation expenses I have incurred during my return trip from Manila to Butuan City as part of the
    scholarship privileges. This is for AY 2017-2018. My total expenses was P 6,717.28 however, since I
    already requested P 4,902.00 previously, I will request for the remaining amount of the Five thousand,
    ninety eight pesos only (P 5,098.00) as reimbursement. Enclosed are the Transportation Reimbursement
    Form, Ticket and Receipt.

    Please let me know if you need additional information. I am hoping for your favorable response. Thank
    you.
