    RE: LETTER OF APPEAL FOR INSURANCE CLAIM OF A INSURED CAR JLG 1457

    Sir,

    Refering to the above i am MR.NAGAPPAN KAVALI would like to appeal for my car insurance claim for my
    car JLG 1457.

    2. My car with the plate number JLG 1457 was damaged due to a fire accident at my residence on 19 th
    December 2016. Due to lack of basic information on insurance claims and there were no suffient
    experience i did not do any claims. I was also a suffered such injuries to proceed to in detail claims.

    3.i hereby looking upon ZURICH companies kindness to reconsider my application to claim the amount to
    decompensate my lost.

    I would like to end my letter with my humble thanks in advance.
