INVITATION LETTER
Dear Contractor,

In name of Immofinanz Group, company NorthEngineering d.o.o. Subotica is inviting

your company to give an offer for construction of Retail Park Stop.Shop. in Valjevo.
Project Stop.Shop. Valjevo with approx. 6.500m2 building area will be realized on land plot
area of approx. 18.500m2 located in Valjevo.

Beograd – Voždovac

After completion of the bidding process a contract with the General Contractor will be signed
(for the work as a whole) for a fixed price.
The bidder is responsible for all quantities inside the tender descriptions regardless of the
quantities in provided BoQ.

start of construction works is planned for november 2015

(if investor decides could be also later)
building completion is planned for beginning of april 2016
opening is planned for 28.04.2016

The individual prices must be quoted without effective alternatives.

Any alternative suggestions has to been offered separately.
Please deliver your stamped and signed offer by using the form which is placed
under annex 02 in uploaded project documentation. Please make your offer in euro.
The documents of folders 03 and 04 has to be also signed and delivered together with your
