C. Certified Copy yof Latest Attested Appointment;

D. Certified Copy of Mandatory Training Order of Merit;

E. Certified Copy of Non-Pending Case from unit, PIAS, RIAS

F. Be Physically and mentally fit and free from contagious diseases as

certified by any government physician to be confirmed by the PNP
Health Service (ECG, X-RAY, Neuro Psychiatrict test, Hepa B & C,
Drug Test from Crime Laboratory Office and Pregnancy Test for
Female applicants)
