INTRODUCTION:

Did you know that there’s a way to make eating more


exciting than it has ever been? Did you know that you can
gain friends just by going on a certain place, craving
satisfied guaranteed as well? Did you know that there’s a
place where food is tasty, you’ll enter it starving and
exit it full and bloated? Well, what if we tell you Think
Café offers all of these exactly? Our place is somewhere
you can spend money wisely. Imagine, you’ll end up not only
satisfied but with some friends as well. Isn’t that
amazing?

Filipinos are one of the friendliest people you can ever


meet on this planet. Not only that, we also know how
Filipinos appreciate and love good tasting and appetizing
meal and snacks. We can’t deny these facts and we can’t
also miss the opportunity to propose a business where main
focuses are about socializing and good food.

I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Think Café shall be the name of the proposed business.

The business focused on food services offering different


hot and cold beverages, baked delicacies, and appetizing
meals from in and out of the country, specially prepared
by refined baristas, confectioners, and cooks. Products to
be offered include the following:
 Coffee Soda
 Dragon’s Breath Ice Cream, Pastillas, and
Fruit Salad, to be offered separately
 Kape ni Juan, original Filipino-brewed
 Carbonara
 Spaghetti and Meatballs
 Penne (Chicken Pesto)
 Burger of different varieties (Cheeseburger
and Bacon Burger)
 Sandwiches of different varieties (Ham and
egg, Tuna, and Chicken)
 Cakes of different flavours (Cookies and
Cream, Carrot, and Raspberry Red Velvet)
 Coffees of different varieties (Caffe Latte,
Cappuccino, Café Americano, Espresso, Caffe
Mocha)
 Beverages of different varieties (Canned
Sodas, Bottled Water, Milkshakes, and House
Blend Iced Teas)
 Innovated Street Food of different varieties
(Bacon Quek-quek, Cheese-filled Fishballs,
Cheese-Kalabasa Balls, Mango Turon, and Hotdog
Potato on a stick)

It also offers fun, recreational activities which


requires the participants to think while consuming our
products. These activities not only strengthen one’s
analytical ability but also strengthen bonds and promotes
social interaction for each other. These activities include
the following:

 Board Games of different varieties (Chess,


Scrabble, Checkers, Monopoly, Snakes and
Ladders, Word Factory, and Connect 4)
 Card Games of different varieties (UNO and
Solitaire)
 Arcade Games of different varieties (Pac-man,
Street Fighter Series, Tekken Series, and
Mortal Kombat Series)

The café will be housed in a 120-sq. m concrete structure


located at J. Ilano St., Cabanatuan City which is
approximately 100 meters from College of the Immaculate
Conception. The business is a form of partnership with
three partners who will represent as both owners and part
of the crew. In terms of raw materials, supply will come
from special and trusted dealers.

The main target markets will be the students of the


College of the Immaculate Conception and Our Lady of Fatima
University and residents of apartments within J. Ilano St.
The business intends to capture at least 20% of the primary
markets.

The café will be introduced and promoted by using


leaflets, pamphlets, posters, banners, tarpaulins, and ad
campaigns on different social networking sites.

All payments are in cash basis to avoid allowances for


doubtful accounts and bad debt expenses.

Local cafés located along the said street as well as the


nearby cafés will be considered as the nearest competitors
of the proposed business.

To start the operation of the business, partners need a

building construction cost, promotion cost, machines and
equipment cost, and other expenses.
