Planning & Research

 Introduce details of the project to the organization

 Initiate weekly meetings regarding the progress of the project
 Innovate and keep up with the development of the project
 Coordinate and communicate arrangements outside the organization
 Recommend and make guidelines involving data collection and analysis
 Further investigate and make initial plans in relation to the project

Technical & Operations

 Define and integrate the project

 Control the technical structure of the project
 Coordinate each team in the organization
 Set up technical solutions to the issues and problems that may arise
 Develop alternatives and options especially in decision-making
 Present project report and development during meeting

Media & Production

 Provide the final output (visual reports and documents) of the project
 Develop the design and review preproduction timelines, content and necessary details regarding the project
 Arrange and make documentations about the project
 Keep project in perspective to meet weekly deadlines

Team Leader

 Encourage full participation and involvement of team members within their defined role and responsibilities
 Direct the team all throughout the project
 Monitor each team as well as organize and assign the work to be produced by each team
 Manage the testing and review the project framework
 Assist in defining alternatives and options with regards the project
