Having a Saudi partner is not a requirement in most of license types, except

- Documenting the Article of Association from the Ministry of Commerce and

Investment and the Ministry of Justice.
- Issuing the Commercial Registration from the Ministry of Commerce and

Investment.
- Obtaining a membership in the Chamber of Commerce. ‫ر‬

- Opening a file in the Labor Office. ‫ فتح ملف لدى مكتب العمل‬-

Then, the company can operate and start the activity. Note that all those
government entities are located in SAGIA’s business centers. In case the ً
